Health Advice

This autumn and winter, health experts are predicting a rise in coughs and colds in 0–3-year-olds, especially those caused by respiratory syncytial virus (RSV).

With hospitals already under pressure, our Boloh helpline can help you understand the key symptoms to look out for, what you can do to support your child at home and when to seek help. Along with the Royal College of Pediatrics and Child Health, we’ve developed advice to help you look after children with respiratory infections.
