Our peer support groups will be facilitated by a Cantonese speaking volunteer at the outset. Initially these groups will be set up online and monthly, following which BN(O)s will be encouraged to take ownership for the groups to meet in their own communities. The project aims to establish peer groups in every region, with particular focus on highly populated resettlement areas

✍️呢個小組最少一共有6節，每月既其中一個星期二晚上，希望建立持續穩定嘅社區支援，所以你地既持續參與非常重要！
📆，曼城小組日期: 10月8 日、11月5日、 12月3日、 2025年1 月7、2月4日、3 月4日(每月既第一個星期二晚上(十月除外) 8:00-9:00。
💬 呢個小組主要由BARNARDO's 香港人義工帶領討論，最後，我哋期望街坊小組可以由當區參加者獨立帶領同協調，達到自我運作嘅目標！

Join Our Peer Support Group for Hong Kongers in Manchester!👋
💪 Our Hong Kong Peer Support Group is designed just for you! It's a space for Hong Kongers living in the UK to chat, share your experiences, listen to others’ stories, learn together, and support each other as we face the challenges of a new life!
✍️ This group will have a minimum of 6 sessions, meeting on a Tuesday evening each month. We aim to build a consistent and stable community support system, so your continuous participation is very important!
📆 Manchester group dates: October 8th, November 5th, December 3rd, January 7th, February 4th, and March 4th, 2025 (First Tuesday of every month, except October), 8:00-9:00 PM.
💬 This group will primarily be facilitated by Barnardo's Hong Kong volunteers. Ultimately, we hope that the group will become independently led and coordinated by the local participants, achieving the goal of self-sustainability!
